Pro teams that need 6 or more seats should upgrade to Max. Extra seats only add login accounts; they do not increase the plan's AI Credits or translation quota. The complimentary 4th Pro seat applies to the first subscription year only.

CRO Plan
The CRO plan includes all Max-tier features plus CRM client management, designed for CRO organizations managing multiple client projects.

Credits
Reguverse uses Credits to measure AI service usage. 1 Credit is approximately equivalent to $0.10 USD. Consumption depends on content complexity and length.
Credit usage follows Qwen model pricing. The service uses the latest stable Qwen model; a model upgrade may consume more credits for the same task. Figures below are estimates under the current meter; the Account page balance is authoritative.

Impact of Literature Volume on Credit Consumption
In clinical evaluation, Literature Screening (Step 4) and Full-text Appraisal (Step 7) require the AI to analyze each article individually. These are the most credit-intensive steps, and the number of articles directly determines total consumption.
The "Total Evaluation" column below includes all 10 steps + full document generation (CEP + CER + DCR):

Even if you manually write the search strategy (Step 3), Step 4 literature screening still requires the AI to process each article individually, so more uploaded articles mean higher consumption. For large literature sets, consider pre-screening articles before uploading to optimize costs.

Credit Top-up
All paid plans support purchasing additional Credits:

Top-up Credits do not expire and carry over across billing periods.
Bulk top-up packs (all paid plans)
Small packs (20 Credits) still use the per-plan rates above. Bulk packs use a unified rate of about ¥1.30 / Credit (USD $0.186 at 1:7). That is cheaper than the small pack, still higher than the annual-plan bundled rate, and is meant only for short bursts of extra usage — not as a substitute for upgrading or renewing.

Translation Credits
Translation tool uses a separate billing system, independent from monthly AI Credits:

FAQ
What happens when Credits run out?
You can purchase top-up Credits at any time. Top-up Credits don't expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Monthly plan upgrades: You can choose to activate immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
- Activate immediately: The new plan takes effect right away. Your current monthly credits will be reset to the new plan's allocation. Top-up credits carry over.
- At period end (default): The new plan will activate automatically when your current billing period expires.
Annual plan upgrades: Moving to a higher plan (for example Pro to Max) takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period. Immediate activation is not available.
Early renewal (same annual plan): Annual subscribers can pay the next year's same-plan fee before expiry. After payment, one year of plan Credits is added on top of the remaining balance (unused plan Credits are not forfeited), and the expiry date is extended by twelve months from the original end date. Each account may prepay at most one billing year; if more than twelve months remain, wait until remaining time is under twelve months. Early renewal is not an upgrade.
Renewals at expiry: If you do not use early renewal, renewing the same plan takes effect when the current billing period expires.
Downgrades: Regardless of billing period, downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of monthly or annual billing. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
How do team accounts work?
Pro includes 3 seats and can add 2 more (hard cap 5); seats 4–5 are billed at the Starter same-period rate and do not add Credits. The first subscription year includes one complimentary extra seat (total 4); from year 2, extra seats bill at Starter. Max / CRO include 10 seats; extra seats are agreed in writing (not auto-priced, no extra Credits). Team members share the organization's credit pool. See Extra team seats.
Are Assistant and CRM two products? How are Credits billed?
Different purpose, same AI: Assistant is the documentation tool; CRM is the CRO client portal and operations platform (it calls the same Assistant API). Requesting portal access is not a separate Assistant purchase; Credits still bill to the account that initiates the AI call. See Assistant vs CRM.
