Registration

Open the Reguverse task pane and click "Register" to begin.

Registration Steps

The flow varies by region and user type:

International Personal Users

1. Select region: "International"
2. Select user type: "Personal"
3. Enter email and set password
4. Complete email verification code
5. Accept Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

International Enterprise Users

1. Select region: "International"
2. Select user type: "Enterprise"
3. Enter email, company name, and password
4. Complete email verification
5. Accept Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

China Personal Users

1. Select region: "China Mainland"
2. Select user type: "Personal"
3. Phone verification: enter phone number and complete SMS verification
4. Enter email and set password
5. Complete email verification code
6. Accept Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
7. Identity verification: required before upgrading to paid plans

China Enterprise Users

CN enterprise users require company verification and contract signing before accessing paid features.

1. Select region: "China Mainland"
2. Select user type: "Enterprise"
3. Enter email, company name, and password
4. Complete email verification
5. Accept Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Login

1. Enter registered email and password
2. Click "Login"

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

All paid plan users must enable TOTP 2FA:

1. After upgrading to a paid plan, you'll be prompted to set up 2FA
2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (recommended: Microsoft Authenticator)
3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
4. Save your recovery codes (used if authenticator is lost)

Trusted Devices

Check "Trust this device for 7 days" during 2FA verification to skip re-entry for a week.
